Some students have been moved into the expulsion process and some have been removed from school for engaging in altercations or other behavior violating the district's "safety expectations." However, he also said the district is responding to more conflicts among students this year. Lexmond also said that the district is aware of videos circulating about Tuesday's events and said such incidents do not occur daily. Lexmond said the district is conducting its own investigation and would "take every available action, up to and including expulsion, to remove disruptive students from our schools." Police continue to investigate, and a determination about the types of charges will be made once the investigation is complete, police said. They are also attempting to identify and locate the two adults. Police arrested the 14-year-old on suspicion of battery and are searching for the 15-year-old. The 15-year-old and the adults left the building before officers got there, police said. The women found the 14-year-old in the hallway of the school and reportedly punched and "tased" her, police said. Shortly after the fight ended, police said two women associated with the 15-year-old arrived and were allowed into the school building by a friend of the girl.
